All delivery options and charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, parcel weight, and chosen service.

Free Carriage Allowance
For every £175.00 (net) spent, you earn 20 kg of free carriage.
For example:
- £175 = 20 kg free
- £525 = 60 kg free
Free carriage is applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are shipped directly from our UK fulfilment centre.
- Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us promptly.
All claims must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we can raise an investigation with the courier.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the courier confirms the outcome of the investigation.
