Cylinder Works has three new cylinder options for 2014-2015 Polaris RZR XP 1000. Now you have the aftermarket option of a standard bore replacement cylinder, a 11.5:1 high compression option, and a bolt-on +5mm 1100cc big bore kit that all match the appearance of the standard OE cylinder, at an affordable price. If you are a competent do-it-yourself or a repair shop looking for quality standard and big bore cylinder kits, check out these new options from Cylinder Works. Three kit options to choose from: Standard Bore, Standard Bore Hi-Compression, and Big Bore. Cylinder kits include matched Vertex pistons to ensure longevity, performance, and reduced engine noise. Nickel Silicon Carbide plated for long life. Kits come complete with gaskets, cylinder, piston, rings, pin, and clips. Big bore cylinders do not require machine work. Included in each complete kit is a pair of forged Vertex piston kits, top-end gasket kit, and a new nickel-plated standard or big bore Cylinder Works cylinder. Standard bore cylinders are also available separately so builders can use the replacement piston of their choice.

• +5mm Big Bore Cylinder Kit. 10.5:1 comp. 1110cc. Includes (Cylinder, Piston Kits, & Top-End Gasket Kit). Uses Vertex #24029. Must use heavy-duty aftermarket connecting rods. Hot Rods part# 8708 or crankshaft part# 4421. Bolt on and go!
